Booking through our website

Our service is free of charge.

We will not charge your credit card. Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking. You will pay for your stay at the hotel itself.

Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to alter rates , discount plans, or offers without prior notice, as the terms of our business demand, and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Kids up to 2 years old : free of charge.
  • 1 child up to 12 years old : free of charge.
  • 2 children up to 12 years old : charged as 1 extra adult.
  • Children above 12 yesrs old : are charged as adults according to our rates and discounts applied.

      20% down payment of the total reservation amount, through a bank swift.

      The remaining amount upon your arrival.

      Bank swift or credit card charge for the total reservation amount

    Cancelation Policy

    By making a reservation with Erietta suites, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of our hotel, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of our hotel that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel

    Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with our hotel's cancellation and no-show rules.

    Cancellation rules
    • Upto 21 Days before arrival : No cancellation fees.
    • 20 -11 Days before arrival : we charge you 25% of the total amount.
    • 10 - 0 Days before arrival : 50% of the total amount.
    • No-show : 100% of the total amount.
